ORG PUBLIC MEETING A SUCESS MARRED BY A SAD ANNOUNCEMENT

ORG would like to thank Khalid MahMood MP for attending our meeting on Saturday as guest speaker. We appreciate how busy he is and were very pleased he gave his time for our meeting. He made a valuable contribution and was prepared to answer a number of difficult questions from the audience.
We would also like to thank Councillor Keith Linnecor for doing such a good job as the Chair of the meeting and keeping everyone in order. We were also grateful that the Police, Councillor Green and Councillor Dring also attended our meeting. However we were discus ted that no one from the Birmingham City Councils Transportation could be bothered to turn up and feel this is becoming the norm for that this shows their lack of interest in the Oscott area.

ORG members were sorry to hear of the death of Gib Mckay who was the Secretary? minute taker of the Kingstanding Pensioners Convention.
Gib For many year had helped run the KPC and did a lot of hard work to promote the rights of local pensioners. His family have our sympathy and condolences.
