There are too may drains in this area which are blocked and as a result after heavey rain our roads are full of deep puddles. It is time the Council sorted out our drains. The ORA will be pushing for more drain cleaning in the Oscott area.
The Oscott Residents Group is made up of the following organisations, The Oscott Residents Association, The Oscott Disability Group, the Oscott Elderly Resident Group and the N.P.I. (there are also a number of other groups which are now co-opted members)
We hold a drop in session at the 610 Community Centre every Saturday at 10.30am if you would like to come and meet us.We also hold meeting where issues of the day can be aired. This is also a chance you you to let us know what residents think needs to be done to improve the Oscott area.
As we are on the Oscott Ward Advisory Board (where we can help advise our Local Councillors and discuss issues with other local agencies) we do welcome your views in order for us to make the views of the community known.
