KEEP OUR LIBRARIES IN GOOD REPAIR

The Oscott Residents Groups members are angry that the Council has let the Perry Common Library get into such a state of disrepair that it has had to close for repairs until next year. What is happening to our library service? this Council only seem to care about grand schemes like their proposed new Central Library. We in Oscott demand and expect our share of the library funds to keep our libraries (including the Kingstanding Library in good condition.
